Hello there!

 

I am honored that you are considering me to be your family photographer and want to get to know more about who I am and what I do.

 

I suppose I can’t take all of the credit for the (marvelous) woman I am today.  I’ve had a little help along the way… Originally, I am the daughter of a strong and sovereign woman, big sister to three amazing and inspiring women.  Next I became a blessed wife to an adoring and hardworking chef; then mother to a beautiful, spirited, thoughtful little girl.  I also have two of the best girlfriends a woman could ask for who keep me sane and grounded.  (And I can’t leave out Hank, the goofiest and most handsome fur-baby ever.)

 

I have always had a creative soul.  My mother is endlessly telling stories of my constant childhood art projects and artistic accomplishments.  You’ll find that my love of art and composition shines through in all of my photography, both personal and professional. 

 

I have had a life long passion for photography.  I even spent four years of college earning a bachelors degree in it.  However, for the longest time the hunger was in the challenge of making the most amazing image.  Then I had my daughter, Taylen.  I never knew you could love something soooo deeply!  That’s when the passion sprouted into celebrating and commemorating the most amazing memories.  Each and every session is important to me because I want to share the gift I have of seeing life and love best through my lens.  I’ve built my career on documenting those precious memories for unique families just like yours.

 

I love outdoor, golden hour, natural light sessions that capture genuine, loving family relationships.  Newborn sessions in my home studio are calm and intimate focusing on the tiny toes and baby rolls they grow out of so quickly.  I love my job and I want you to love your personalized photo experience so much that you can’t wait to do it again!
